Discover the Salzburger Festspiele Limited Edition — a rare collaboration between Steinway & Sons and one of the world's most storied music festivals, honouring Salzburg's singular artistic legacy in the form of a concert grand.

Each of the eight instruments bears the Salzburg cityscape as its defining motif: the music desk is adorned with the city's silhouette, delicately rendered in gold leaf. Pianist Yulianna Avdeeva performed at the ceremonial unveiling, where festival president Dr. Kristina Hammer recalled the enduring bond between the two institutions — a history entwined with the names of Bernstein, Barenboim, and Levit.

Every instrument is equipped with the Steinway SPIRIO | r self-playing system, bringing live performances by Steinway artists into the home via Spiriocast. A portion of each sale supports young musicians through the Salzburg Festival's youth programme 'jung&jede*r'.
