STEINWAY EMPLOYEE: PIANO MAKER IN THE PRE-REGULATION DEPARTMENT
Lina Grigat (26) began her training as a piano maker at Steinway & Sons in 2015. She now works in the pre-regulation department. Here, she connects the action and keys to the grand piano’s body, laying the foundation for the touch of the piano. She enjoys her work most when she gets into the zone and loses herself in the instrument.
