Heiko Hiller from the Manufacturing Final Assembly (FE) department is a real jack-of-all-trades. There is hardly a job that the trained cabinetmaker has not done at Steinway & Sons! We have been employing his talents for over 20 years. Nothing escapes his precise eye during the final inspection and quality control of a grand piano. Only when Heiko is supremely satisfied with a Steinway grand piano is it released for shipment to the world.
