THE MUSIC OF RICHARD RODGERS, GLASSWORKS, FRANCESCO PARRINO, GEORGE LI, AND LATIN AMERICAN CLASSICS
STEINWAY & SONS SPIRIO, the world’s finest high resolution player piano, highlights the great American composer Richard Rodgers, whose ever-popular music for stage and film continues to endure. In addition to new tracks of favorite tunes, we also introduce the composer himself performing his music — here in re-created performances from piano rolls he made in the 1920s.
And YouTube sensation Francesco Parrino returns this month in a SPIRIOSYNC video performing the Imagine Dragons hit, “Believer”.
The brilliant young American pianist George Li debuts on SPIRIO this month performing a French Suite by Bach, Chopin Mazurkas, and Ravel’s La Valse. Since his formal debut at the age of nine, Li has gained wide acclaim, and, following his 2015 prize at the Tchaikovsky competition, has enjoyed an international career.
