Luise Jäckle knew at school that she was interested in crafts and music. A friend suggested she become a piano maker, which would prove a life-changing experience. Today, she works in the tuning department at Steinway & Sons Hamburg, where she is involved in pre-voicing. She emphasizes the high-quality standards in her profession and the importance of working with her colleagues and managers.
