7th February 2018 - Steinway & Sons unveiled a bold, new contemporary design with the launch of the Steinway & Sons Sunburst piano during a glamorous launch party in London last night.  The strikingly modern look of this Limited Edition model, which is available now, features the explosive “sunburst” colours that have adorned guitars beloved of the greatest names in rock such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton. Paying tribute to these rock legends, there was only one place for Steinway & Sons to launch Sunburst: the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London!

Steinway & Sons Sunburst is limited to 69 pianos worldwide, celebrating the year 1969: the year in which Woodstock took place, when the Beatles released their legendary album Abbey Road, and when Led Zeppelin debuted just to name a few. Sunburst will be available as a Steinway Model B and with Spirio; the world’s finest high-resolution player piano featuring the company’s proprietary software.
